We have the ability of high-precision 4 and 5-axis CNC milling. The one-piece processing mode controls the micron-level tolerance and introduces professional deburring and surface treatment processes to ensure that the parts have no knife marks, no burrs, and consistent appearance.

Fulong undertakes CNC precision processing of various optical parts, and the service objects cover key components such as lens modules, lens barrels, and light guide structures.

In response to the rapid update of optical product designs, we provide flexible small-scale trial production and rapid proofing services, and are familiar with DFMA-guided processing suggestions in conjunction with customer assembly processes to improve the overall efficiency of the product.
